Required Exams & Training for New Candidates
PATH 1 - For those with a current VCP6-CMA certification but no advanced certifications
PREREQUISITE: Two years recommended cloud management and automation experience, plus additional IT experience
VCADDFT6: VMware Cloud Automation: Design and Deploy Fast Track [V6.0]N/A3V0-633
NOTE: The above training is recommended, but exam 3V0-633 is required.
PATH 2 - For those with a current VCP6-DCV, VCP6-DTM, or VCP6-NV certification but no advanced certifications
PREREQUISITE: Two years recommended cloud management and automation experience, plus additional IT experience
VCADDFT6: VMware Cloud Automation: Design and Deploy Fast Track [V6.0]N/A2V0-631
3V0-633
NOTE: The above training is recommended, but both exams, 2V0-631 and 3V0-633, are required.

Earn a VCP6 certification then follow the VCAP6-CMA Deploy requirements for new candidates
PATH 3 - For those with a current VCAP5 certification and an expired VCP
